The Evergreen Connection Café will meet the 1st Monday* of every month from 1:30pm to 3:00pm. Join us to explore activities and resources being offered in our community and beyond. As a group, we can share what we are doing to connect, brainstorm new ideas, and help others do the same. This program is open to clients, volunteers, staff, and community members.

Annual General Meeting and Volunteer Recognition

Evergreen Hospice would love to have you join us for our Annual General Meeting and Volunteer Recognition event. It has been a challenging year for everyone around the world, but Evergreen is so proud of how our staff, volunteers and clients have helped us flexibly adapt to ongoing changes and challenges to continue providing the best possible support we can in our community. At this event we will be sharing and celebrating all we have accomplished over the past year, alongside recognizing the incredible work our volunteers continue to do for us.

In spite of all the challenges brought on by the pandemic, the 2020 virtual gala was was a success!
Evergreen’s Virtual Cycle for Life
A new even this year, our virtual Cycle for Life allowed participants to choose their routes and their riding times. We made $8,000 which is a great start for a new event. Many thanks to our wonderful sponsors who supported us in this new initiative: Cesaroni Management, InInitiative, Dixon Garland Funeral Home, R.S. Kane Funeral Home and 105.9 The Region. Thank you to everyone who rode and recruited sponsors to support Evergreen!
Pass the Care Forward – Virtual Memorial Walk
Thanks to everyone who participated, and our amazing sponsors, Beechwood Cemetery, Kylemore Communities, Steeles Memorial Chapel, Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, Clintar Outdoor Services, Samco, The Bridge Community Church and 105.9 The Region. Evergreen has raised over $21,000 this year during our first ever virtual event. This money is urgently needed so we can keep on providing support to our clients. This is the best result we’ve had for this event!
The Healing Cycle
