How to Receive Services from Evergreen
Anyone may call Evergreen at 416 499-2185 or email us at info@evgcares.org to request services. Generally, services are provided to people living in our catchment area but if a person is able to travel to our locations to receive services it may be possible to include non residents in some programs. You can make a request on behalf of a friend or relative, but they must also give their permission for us to contact them about services.
Wait Lists
Due to the high demand and limited staff availability, there may be a waiting time until an opening becomes available.
Fees
All evergreen services are provided without charge to the client. We are able to do this because we are funded by donations from individuals, faith communities, service clubs, companies, foundations, gifts and bequests and by a small grant from the Ministry of Health provides partial funding for our in-home volunteer program.
Referrals
Requests for our services are welcomed and may be made by the individual, the family, friends, clergy, physicians, other healthcare professionals, and community agencies. Call 416 499-2185 or email us at info@evgcares.org.
